In accordance with the law on the freedom to choose one’s professional future, companies with more than 50 employees must publish their professional equality index.
Braincube achieved the overall score of 86/100 in 2024. While we have already surpassed our initial target of 85/100, we have identified areas for further improvement to continue progressing in the coming years.
