Braincube is a global real-time process optimization company helping manufacturers improve operational performance through AI, advanced data capabilities, and deep industrial expertise. Our platform enables manufacturers to increase yield, improve quality, optimize energy usage, and enhance throughput, at scale and in real-time across complex, multi-site operations.
The Role
The Optimization Engineer plays a key role in helping customers achieve measurable business results throughout their journey with Braincube, from onboarding and deployment through adoption, value realization, and expansion. You’ll also have the opportunity to work across multiple sites and levels of an organization, advising customers on digital maturity, Manufacturing Excellence, Six Sigma, and broader continuous improvement initiatives.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical operations, with downstream experience considered a plus. This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, working with data and technology, and helping manufacturers and industrial organizations turn improvement opportunities into measurable results.
